Lean, Clean Turkey Muffins!

Hello, amazing, delicious turkey muffins! These are high in protein, low in calories! Turn these bad boys into a snack, or a meal! The world is your oyster! They're meaty, filling, huge and delicious! What more could you ask for?! Okay, okay...ill quite gabbing and get to it.


In a large bowl mix together:
2lbs ground turkey 
3eggwhites
1c quick cooking Oates
1/2tsp ground cumin
1-2 tsp dried thyme
2tsp dry yellow mustard
2tsp black pepper
2tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 whole diced onion
2 diced celery stalks
Dash of salt
Mix all together!

Roll into 12 even balls and place in a muffin tin

Makes 12

1 muffin= 120calories
                19g protein
                1.5g fat

Well, my stomach is growling because I can smell these little bits of heaven on a plate just waiting to be devoured by yours truly! Love you all!

Here is a picture of the deliciousness right out of the oven. scrape off any excess fat that may have been in the meat, use a fork, it will have lifted to the top when being cooked. There shouldn't be much! There are 12 total the picture just cut off.
