280 Calorie Breakfast AND Lunch

This post is all about quick, quick, quick meals! So lets hop to it!

These two meals are quick, low calorie, protein filled, and are extremely low in fat. I got a few of my favorite basic power filled foods and put them all together! 
 

BREAKFAST:

Poached Eggs (2) 
Whole Grain Waffles
(I use nutrigrain) (2)
topped with Strawberries and VERY LIGHTLY drizzled with LIGHT syrup (only to add a slight maple taste) 
Entire breakfast=280 calories

LUNCH:

Salad
3-4oz grilled chicken (I cut mine all up into slices or chunks)

50 calorie string cheese diced into little circles (1string cheese)

Lettuce

toss everything together with 1/2tsp of olive oil, a dash of sea salt, ground pepper(to taste) and freshly minced garlic. 

On the side of my salad I had...
Ezekiel pocket bread, toasted and sprayed with I can't believe it's not butter 

Entire salad+bread= 280 calories

These meals are fast to make, are loaded with the items that your body craves! 

Make your body thank you! 

Come on y'all! Don't just feed your body, fuel it! Don't live to eat, eat to live. 

Basic recipes, loaded with nutrition that you need to have a good, energy filled day.

You're beautiful inside and out, don't be afraid to go after and get everything you have ever dreamed for. Go after what you want, you deserve it.
