Fudgy, Chocolatey, Mouth Watering Black Bean Brownies

Yes...you heard me right, BLACK BEAN BROWNIES. I've posted about these before, just when I didn't think it could get any better, I created an even more amazing recipe!.PLEASE do not let the words BLACK BEAN BROWNIES scare you off, they seriously are better than any "regular" brownie you've ever tasted in your life...coming from a girl with a sweet tooth the size of the Grand Canyon, You can trust me. I've altered and thought very much about this recipe before posting it, I've done trial and error and BAM! I have a recipe that can fool ANYONE into thinking these are bad for you, when in fact...they're loaded with protein and fiber! Now, I know my desserts...I knew I wanted these to taste like a fudge, moist and rich brownie, I can say now that I have finally mastered it! Holy cow my mouth is watering just thinking about it!!! So here's the recipe, so very simple as well. (Insanely simple actually)

In one bowl blend together:
1 can low sodium black beans
1/3c olive oil
1/4c unsweetened cocoa
3t vanilla extract
1/2c agave nectar or organic/pure honey
Pinch of salt
*the blending will take a bit, blend until SMOOTH you don't want bean clumps now do yuh?!*

In a separate bowl whisk:
1 egg
2 egg whites

After well whisked, fold into chocolate are mixture.
(Sample the batter of course)

Poor mixture into an 8x8 pan
Oven should be heated to 350*
Leave to bake for 25-30min.

Once backed and cooled, slice into 16 brownie squares.

Each brownie has 102 calories of yummy fiber, protein and energy!

Seriously amazing, even my friends whom are the pickiest of eaters are obsessed!

From my chocolate craving sweet tooth to yours!

-Jill

(Oh yes, and it never hurts to add 1-2Tbs of fat free cool whip)
