This is an organic, natural and clean lunch! Soooo delicious! Don't be afraid to eat organic when you can. It's better for you, for so many reasons! I understand that sometimes it's pricey! Just look in the right places and you'll find organic, delicious, healthy items for a prettier price!
Here is a super quick meal that you can throw together, and make your own!
-DIJON MUSTARD (about a one tbs)
-CHICKEN BREAST GRILLED AND SEASONED TO TASTE (2-3oz slice into strips)
-Veggie slices, whatever your favorites are. I only had access to onion slices today, perfect amount of flavor
* I also made blueberry protein muffins this morning and had that for dessert, I'll include a recipe for that later.*
