It's okay to cry

This is not a post with a recipe that will help nourish your body, instead I'm writing about nourishing your soul. We all go through tough times, if we didn't, we wouldn't be who we are. It's the way we handle these struggles that help mold who we are. We're constantly changing and embracing things that come our way.

Sometimes life gets tough, unbearable, crazy, hard, scary, hurtful, terrifying...etc. I just wanted to tell everyone that it is perfectly okay and healthy to cry, to let it out, or maybe to just sit down with someone and share your struggles. It's easy to keep things bottled up and/or be embarrassed to share, or to be afraid that you're bothering others with what's going on. SIDE NOTE:(If anyone is "bothered" by simply listening and being there for you, they're not worth your time, however they're definitely worth your prayers) Sometimes YOU YOURSELF may not even know what's going on!

Cleanse your mind and get that negative energy out and away from your heart and soul...SHARE even if it comes out in a way that only you understand. Cry your eyes out, it's okay. The best way to start fresh, from whatever it may be, is to vent. Keeping your thoughts all cooped up in your own mind is a dangerous thing. If after reading this you think "I'd love to share but I have no one to share with...or I don't want anyone to know this part of me." Then share with me. Even if I don't know you. Bare your heart, troubles, anger or sadness to me. I may not have the best advice, if any, but I do love you and will be here no matter what. Like I said, even if I don't personally know you, I do know you are beautiful and your life is absolutely amazing. Even if you don't see it now, you are EXACTLY where you're supposed to be.

Chin up, you'll be okay. If you need someone to listen to you, message me on Facebook or email me at Jillyfish2@gmail.com

You're beautiful, amazing and I love you.
