Easy Peasy Oatmeal

Hello, my name's Jill...and I'm an oatmeal addict.

Now that I've gotten that off my chest let me share this amazingly quick, easy, healthy and delicious oatmeal recipe!

200 HEALTHY calories and 5g of Healthy Fats! This meal is loaded with good carbs that help you get and stay full and energized.

Just a few simple steps:
-1/2c whole grain rolled oats
-1c almond milk
-1/2c frozen or fresh fruit
(if you get frozen make sure it's pure fresh fruit that's just been flash frozen, no extra additives or sugars...blah blah blah you know the rules ladies and gents)
-few shakes of cinnamon
-put all of these ingredients in a bowl, not particular order
-microwave for 2 minutes or until you see it boiling and rising up Into oatmeal mountain.
-add about half or one full packet of 0cal sweetener.
-mix together and devour!!!!


this is seriously quick, easy and amazing!!!! The whole grain oats keep you full for FRIKIN EVEERRRRRR!
