In my lunch I used:
-A few Asparagus (cut the white/light green bottoms OFF) and use only the really green parts as seen in the picture.
-About 1/4 of a green bell pepper
-A few slices of onion
-A few sliced mushrooms
-A few shakes of McCormicks SMOKEHOUSE MAPLE seasoning
-A heaping spoonful of minced garlic
-About a 4oz chicken breast
-And 3/4 cup of whole wheat/High Fiber Penne pasta
-A pinch of salt
-A few sprays of I CANT BELIEVE IT'S NOT BUTTER
It came out to be amazingly delicious! I could eat it every day!!!!
Boil the pasta until it gets nice and fluffy...
In another pan, while your pasta is heating up to a boil. I threw the chicken in immediately after this photo was taken!!! I don't know why I didn't take it with the chicken in it! Anyways use your imagination...lol in vision nice delicious chicken breast sitting next to those greens, mushrooms and onions.
This was the final outcome. It was delicious! MmmMmmMmmm!!!!
This is a great meal you can eat right away or put into a container to take with you for lunch!!! It taste good heated or right out of the fridge! :)

FAT: ridiculously low--haha not really sure at what it rings in at however I do KNOW it's CRAZY LOW! EAT UP MCDUFF!!!
