Chocolatey Perfection

Last night I wanted to make a low cal, sweet and fudgy desert. I like to try to make things as healthy and low calorie as possible!!! THAT'S THE WAY TO DO IT BABY!!! I found and altered a sugar free/flour free fudge cookie recipe! Now, when you bake and bite into this small piece of heaven, you will not even notice that their only 44 CALORIES A PIECE!!! They're also high in fiber and have not one bad thing in them!

RECIPE:
1 1/4cup Oats
1/3cup Splenda
1/4cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
pinch of salt
Mix all of the above ingredients together.

In a SEPARATE BOWL mix
1/4cup Unsweetened Pumpkin Puree
3Tablespoons Agave Nectar
3Egg Whites

NOW THE TIME HAS FINALLY COME...MIX BOTH WET AND DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. *dont forget to test the batter :)*

Now scoop onto a nonstick baking sheet and form 15 balls! You can leave in round form or flatten into a flattened cookie shape with a spoon.  I chose to leave them in ball/round form.

I urge everyone to at least TRY these recipes, they're totally worth it. Just simple changes, and substitutions can make all the difference. They can help you lose weight, or just stay healthy! SCREW DIETS!!! Lifestyle changes is where it's at!!! :)

Chocolatey goodness to all,
-Jill
