DRINK WATER DRINK WATER! I became dehydrated during my half marathon training at one point and there for I can NOT STRESS enough how IMPORTANT getting an adequate amount of water is!!!! Dehydration is dangerous, uncomfortable and just flat out BLAHG;LSKHDF;LKJ BLAHHHHHH!!!
After a hard work out, or a a long run or a big fat sweat sweat SWEATY day replenish yourself with gatorade and water!

ICE COLD WATER! mmm such a great feeling when your SO thirsty and you take a huge gulp of ice cold water! You can feel it going down your throat an marching into your tummy!
Your body will be grateful! SO DRINK UP!
