Now...when training or wanting to make a healthier life style change...DIET IS EVERYTHING! Of course we'll have our off days. ALWAYS REMEMBER HOWEVER WHAT YOU PUT IN IS WHAT YOU'LL GET OUT. I mean this by
Eating crap for breakfast and lunch and then attempting to work out and/or run--you WILL NOT be at your best. I GUARANTEE THAT! I swear by this yall!!! There are so many delicious and health recipes out there! And its NOT ONLY what you eat its how often and how MUCH you eat! There's a science to all of this!!! It's so important!!! No crash diets or eliminations of food groups will work (if they do it is only for a short period of time.)
If you're un happy with yourself whether it be appearance, the way you feel why not just change it? The hardest part is starting, once you make it a habit it's so easy! Don't beat yourself up if you mess up and eat 10 oreos! Messing up every so often WILL NOT make you gain 100lbs.
