SQUAT SQUAT SQUAT IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOO!!!

LETS PUSHY THOSE TUSHYS!!! There are so many misconceptions on how to do a squat!!! If a squat is done wrong there can be some nasty consequences! The idea of a squat is to get those rears and thighs into tip top toned up shape! So, why do so many people lift with their knees?! When you do a squat you must focus on the muscles being used, imagine those muscles doing all the work! If you squat with your knees rather then your awesome amazingly strong butt and thighs then you can injure your knee!!! OUCH!

So here are some pictures I took one doing a squat wrong! And the rest showing you step by step on how to do them RIGHT!

WRONG WRONG WRONG! THIS SQUAT IS DONE ALL WRONG!!! Note: My knees are past where my toes are...if I were to draw a line from my knees straight down to the ground that line would surpass my toes! That's a good thing to look for when doing a squat. Squat down and look down. If you cant see your toes then you are in danger!!! STOP STOP STOP and start over! :)

NOW HERE IS HOW TO DO A PROPER SQUAT!
Step 1: Make sure your feet are about shoulder length apart!

Step 2: Look down as you squat, as you lower yourself make sure your knees DO NOT surpass your toes! Keep a straight back and focus on the up and down motions and using your MUSCLES to move yourself NOT your KNEES!

STEP 3: Squat down make sure your knees are aligned with your toes, hold your balance with your arms in front not at your sides, and focus on the strength being used within those muscles! Your getting stronger already!!! Hold tight with your thighs and butt!

STEP 4: Become a beast at squats!!! :)

There are so many work outs that can incorporate squats! If a simple squat work out gets too easy hold some weights out in front of you to add a little challenge!

So lets go SQUAT SQUAT SQUAT IT OUT!!!! GOOD LUCK
post any questions you may have and I will gladly and happily answer them!
