Sweet, Simple, and Delicous

Hello world, my first blog...lets hop to it!!! I'm here to share a simple and yummy yummy breakfast with you today! This is a healthy twist on french toast!

WHAT YOU NEED:
Bread- preferably whole wheat, or thin sliced bread (fewer calories)
2 egg whites
lite syrup

Directions:
Crack the two egg whites into a bowl

Dip-Dunk-SOAK one piece of bread into the bowl of egg whites

Once both sides are coated place in pan and cook until the egg whites toughen a bit onto the bread and are no longer gooey

Do this with two pieces of bread

Finally once finished drizzle on some lite syrup to add the sweet flavor we know and love!
(Don't drench in syrup! This will totally add more calories then we need in order for this to still taste delicious!)

Optional:
-Sprinkle on a sugar substitute (my favorite is Splenda or Sweet and Low) to add even more of a sweet taste
-Dice up some strawberry's and lay on top to turn into an even healthier breakfast!
-Sprinkle a few shakes of cinnamon (Cinnamon is always delicious!)

I hope you love this as much as I do!!! If you have any new ideas for this recipe feel free to SHARE! I'd love to hear them!!!

Always remember...
TODAY YOU ARE YOU, THAT IS TRUER THAN TRUE. THERE IS NO ONE ALIVE WHO IS YOUER THAN YOU!!!
