Show love. If you are truly capable of showing love to another human being, treating them in the way that you wish to be treated, then you are gifted. You are gifted because you are capable. There are so many people in this world that will never listen to their heart. They will never be able to express their emotions and feelings toward another person. Not just in written form, but in actions. In speaking out loud, in acting in a way that you would want someone to act toward you. When I say love, I mean feeling pure sweetness and happiness when just being around a person. Love doesn't always mean falling head over heals and getting married. Love is an emotion that can be felt toward any person, a best friend a family member...anyone! It is a feeling that you get, that when being around them you want to be a better person. You want to make them smile, you understand each other. You accept them for their pasts, their fears, and are able to recognize and see the value and unique qualities in the individual. I've had my heart shattered by boyfriends, family members, and friends. I've had girls that have treated me in such a way that I just burst into tears. The sad thing is, when someone shatters your heart, when they do something so mean that you can literally feel your heart hurting and breaking, it's not what they did that's sad, it's knowing that there are people in this world that are capable of being so cruel. Please, even if someone treats you wrongly, don't hold this against the rest of the world. Let your heart breath, let your emotions out, don't hold back. Don't be afraid to feel these feelings again.  Not every friend, boyfriend, family member or girlfriend will treat you this way. Love  people, understanding that they're not perfect. View others imperfections as a beautiful unique quality. Learn to love yourself, learn to forgive, learn to express and not be afraid.

Do what your heart tells you to do. If a friend treats you badly, don't reciprocate those negative energies, emotions and actions back at them, if you do that, all you're doing is making those words and actions come alive into the world. Be the love, peace, and good you truly wish to see in the world. Make it come alive. 

Be a friendly face, smile, strike up a conversation with the sales clerk or any other stranger. Smiles are contagious, happiness is contagious. Lets contaminate the world with love and happiness. Please don't leave words unsaid. Express the love in your heart. Embrace others with a hug and warm smile. Your smile could easily be the happiest part of someones day.
