Mind Blowing Turkey Flautas

This new recipe is so insanely versatile and easy peasy lemon squeezy it's unreal!
As I ate this little bit of delicious Mexican cuisine I was in clean eaters heaven and pretty much had an out of body experience.
 Ingredients:
-Lean Ground Turkey (1lb)
-12oz can of beer
-1 swiss laughing cow cheese wedge
-3cups baby spinach
-1TBS Garlic Powder
-1/4c sliced jalapeno (depending on how much spice you can handle)
-2tsp sea salt
-2tsp Cumin
-Brown Rice Tortillas (or whatever type of tortilla you try, I just am in love with these organic pieces of goodness, they're HUGE. Whatever type of tortilla you choose, get it buritto sized.)
-PLAIN Greek Yogurt (topping)
-Salsa (topping)

Time to create a master piece:
-In a large, deep skillet put your turkey, 12oz beer and 1/4 cup of water.
-cook on medium/high heat until the turkey is cooked.
-Drain 3/4 of the liquid and add in your spices, jalapeno and spinach.
-Cook until spinach is wilted.
-Drain remaining liquid.
-Snag yourself a tortilla and load that bad boy up, spread your cheese wedge then pile on your meat (I was able to fill 6 tortillas)
-Roll your tortilla and coat with a teeny bit of olive oil, place in the pan on medium high heat for about 5 minutes. Flip and cook other side for 5 minutes.
-Top with a bit of Greek Yogurt and Salsa (if desired)

*Greek Yogurt is the absolute best alternative to Sour Cream...it's beyond just being a distant cousin...they're practically identical twins, just one is loaded with fat and calories and the other is all natural, low in calories and super high in protein!*

I grab my Tortillas from a local Herb Mart in town. You can probably get these at your local Whole Foods or other store that caries organic and natural ingredients. (These are not expensive and will be found in the freezer section)
This is how insanely, beautifully massive the flauta is (I cut mine in the first picture to make myself seem less like a barbarian and trick everyone into thinking I actually cut my food before digging in.)

These bad boys are seriously one of my most delicious creations of all time!!!
They're huge, filling, loaded with protein and flavor! High protein, less than 300 cals a piece ... and seriously just gives you a  WAM BAM THANK YOU MAAM mind set.

From my sleepy eyes, to yours.
Good morning/good afternoon/ or goodnight
Love,
Jillyfish

REMEMBER!
No matter what has happened to you, no matter who you've been in the past, despite how you've ever been treated...you deserve the absolute best that life has to give you. You're beautiful inside and out.
