Chocolate Chip Protein Bread

This little bit of heaven is a clean eaters best friend. It's delicious, fluffy, moist, sweet, chocolatey...mmmmmm mmmm mmmm

Pre-heat oven to 350*
INGREDIENTS:
--1 1/2c Oats- (use a blender or food processor to turn this into oat flour)

--2Tbs dark chocolate chips

--Almond Milk (30 calories Vanilla Almond Breeze is what I used) 

--Organic unsweetened apple sauce

--whey protein isolate (I used chocolate caramel flavor--you can use whatever flavor you want!)

--about 8-10 drops stevia, chocolate flavored. (You can do more or less drops depending on how sweet you want your bread

--1/2tsp baking soda and 1/2tsp baking powder

STEPS:
--mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in a separate bowls.

--once you have your two separate mixtures, combine.

--pour into an 8x8 greased pan 

--bake on 350* for 18minutes (your oven may take more or less time) 

--allow time to cool, cut into 12 even squares.
