Don't Just FEED but FUEL!

Do you want to become the next Jamie Eason? Do you want the body of your dreams?! Well...don't we all. Every single persons body is beautiful and different in its own way. You may have a friend who can work out twice and can immediately get down to her goal weight. However, here's a tidbit of information. Learn, teach yourself all about the foods you're indulging in. Does low calorie and low fat=healthy?! HELL NO! RESEARCH PEOPLE!!! Learn about the foods that your body is taking in! Learn about what they're actually doing to your body. Why Almond Butter and not peanut butter? Is there a difference? YES a HUGE difference, neither are bad...they both do different things for hour body, however comparing their labels will simply fool you into thinking they're very much the same! Almond butter for instance is a great way to get a bit of extra potassium and other vitamins and regular peanut butter will give you complete different vitamins to help nourish your body! Why Coconut oil instead of Olive Oil? Research. Learn about taking in a clean eating life style. Learn about how you can swap foods and still kick your cravings ass. Some people need to take in different amounts of protein, carbs...etc. Learn about your body, trial and error. Learn what works. Don't count calories, but listen to not only your stomach, but your body. What makes you feel clean and good? What doesn't slow you down? What boosts your energy naturally? Your body is a beautiful temple, the only one of it's kind. Take care of it. Nurture it. Feed it to fuel it, don't feed it to simply entertain it. Consume the things that have words in the ingredients that you can actually pronounce.

We are all different, dieting will work for a short amount of time. It will allow you to lose weight, however its no lifestyle change. Juice fasts, cutting out all carbs, only eating meat...you are not changing your lifestyle you are starving your body of good things, good nutrients that it NEEDS to survive. Please do your research. Please listen to your body and what makes it feel good. I love you and you deserve to be happy and healthy. You deserve to live a beautiful, long healthy life.

From my new life style to yours
Chew the right thing!
